I was fluent when I was a kid, when we left Stuttgart in 1962 I never used it again. I want to learn it as well. yea.. same here..
first study with books and learn vocabulary, use it as much as you can in class and outside and let them show you how to do it the right way... and then... go and visit a country where you'll be surounded by native speakers!
... and of course, practice as much as you can here on CF
