How do I create a CF Pet?
Members need 700 blessings to create and own a Pet, and you do this in your User CP (click on grey tab Control Panel (displayed on the very top of each CF page) - there is a Pet section on the left hand side.
Can I adopt a CF Pet?
Alternatively you can adopt a CF Pet.
Members who cannot take care of their CF pets for various reasons have the option to give them up for adoption. In some cases the price to obtain a CF Pet via adoption is less than 700 blessings.

You cannot adopt a pet that is in the Pet Centre on a temporary basis. The temporary pets are owned by other members and just left in the Pet Centre during the owner’s absence.
Can I make changes to my CF Pet?
Whether you create your own CF Pet or whether you adopt a CF Pet, you can at any time make changes to your pet:
- the name - gender - color - type of pet
You can make these changes by clicking on the tab "Pets" in the blue navigation bar. Click on "Change Pet Settings" where you can make any of the above mentioned changes.
If you want, for example, to change the color of your pet, click on "100" to get a diagram with 224 different colors from which you can choose. Note: No blessings will be deducted until you made the desired changes and click "get".
Who takes care of my CF pet when I am away for awhile?
CF Pet can be temporarily cared for here if the owners are going to be away from CF and would be unable to feed or care for them. The Pet will be fed and cared for here. This service will use up 10 a day (to be prepaid), if you know you are absent for a while from CF. Your pet will be temporarily looked after and will not loose pleasure or gain hunger.
If you admit your pet with a hunger level of 0, that hunger level will stay 0.
If you admit your pet with a hunger level of 30, it will stay at 30.
None of the pets "vitals" will neither increase nor decrease.
Admittance to the daycare center is anonymous. Your username will not be displayed.
To add your pet to the pet care center,
go to the “Pet Care / Adoption Centre” and click on “admit your pet”.
Important: Let's say you have admitted your CF pet for 10 days, your pet will stay for 10 days ... you cannot get it back at an earlier date.
Can I take my pet earlier out of day care?No. You would have to wait until the time you set in advance is expired.
I can't keep my CF pet anymore. Can I give it away?
If you don’t want to keep your CF pet anymore, you can give it up permanently for adoption (go to “Pet Care / Adoption Centre”
. See further down below for more information.Pet Sale Centre: CF Pet can be placed permanently when the owner decides to give up the CF Pet for sale. The owner specifies the amount he or she wants to sell the Pet for. Other members can view the Pet put up for sale, and decide to adopt a Pet here. The Pet will be given to the new owner, and the blessings to the old owner.
You cannot adopt the same Pet you have put up for adoption permanently, and you cannot adopt another Pet if you already have a Pet.

My pet is gone from the adoption centre and I did not get any blessings?When another CF member adopts your pet, you will get the amount of blessings you asked for.</B> However, if your pet is not adopted by the end of the month, it will be released into cyberspace ... and you won't get any blessings.
Why / How does my CF pet's face change?
The pet's face will become happy or sad depending on what happens to it.
Why is my pet wearing (suddenly) diapers?
CF pets underwent a change and modification.
CF pets now have different phases:
Baby > Teen > Adult
This does also affect those pets that have been created before the recent change/modification.
From the day of the change, all pets start off as babies ... wearing diapers.
Keep feeding her and playing with her and she will grow.
Only the babies have the diapers.
Pet maintenance and pet stores.
You will need to feed your pet to keep it from being hungry. If it is hunger reaches over 50% your pet will also lose pleasure and health.
Pet can also lose pleasure by being taunted (the option to taunt a pet is currently disabled).
Try to keep you pet hunger and pleasure levels good. You need to buy (with blessings) food in the Pet Food Store.
You can access this store by clicking on the tab
- a food section
- a veterinary section
- a toy section.
In each store you will find an itemized list. In the food section you have several choices of food for each type of pet. Next to the item you will see information on how many blessings you have to pay (the column to the very right – orange numbers) and what effect the item has on your pet. For example: “hunger – 10” means, feeding your pet with this food item will decrease the hunger level by 10 percent. It is up to you how often and how regularly you feed your pet. The maximum cost of feeding your pet (i.e. to feed it daily and keep the hunger level on a permanent low, i.e. between 0 – 20 %) does not exceed 10 blessings per day.
Important: Your CF pet will die, however, if you let it stay at a hunger level of 100 % for several days.
How many pet items can I store in my pet inventory
The limit set on pet inventory items is: 10. This is the maximum number of items you can store.
How do I feed my CF pet?
In your UserCP (click on tab in blue menue bar) click on the link "Pet Inventory" in the Control Panel (left hand side) under the sub-header CF Pets. You will see a table listing all the items you bought in any of the three sections of the Pet Store. Click on the link "use" on the right side of the item you wish to use.
Underneath the table you see your pet's stat. After you clicked on the link "use" you see how your pet's stats are updated accordingly.
Another way to go to the pet inventory is to click on the tab "Pets" in the blue menue bar and then click on the link "Pet inventory" which will lead you to the same page.
A third way to feed your pet is to click on your pet's icon (which is displayed in all of your posts). Then click on the link "Pet controls" which will bring you to the pet inventory.
My pet has 0 % hunger. What's wrong?
Nothing is wrong. Your pet has 0 (= no) hunger.
What happens when I do not feed my CF pet?If a pet has 100% hunger it will lose pleasure and health. If your pet has no health for 5 consecutive days it will die.
My pet died. Can I get it back?
Nope, you will have to make a new one, assume it went to pet heaven and lived happily ever after.
What are the Pet statistics?Each pet has Health the health should be kept as high as possible to keep your pet alive! Hunger and Pleasure affect the pets health and happiness. Keep the hunger low and pleasure high to maximise happiness!
How can I know who played with my CF pet?
Click on the tab "Pets" in the blue navigation bar. Under "Pet Options" you can choose to receive notification each time a CF member played with your pet. A pm will be delivered to your pm box telling you who played with your pet and how much your pet's pleasure level increased.
How can play with a pet and is there a limit?
If you see a pet and you want to play with it, click on the pet. Then click on the link "Play with ...".
There is both a limit on the amount of times you can play with another pet. The limit is reset every day.
Can I play with my own pet?
You can only play with another pet, you cannot play with your own pet. Other members can play with your pet. Each time someone plays with your pet, the pet’s pleasure level increases by one point.
