LDR Prayer request.

Hi. Not really much to explain... if you want the story, feel free to check out my blog. Its... pretty much all I write about in there.

But yeah. My Girlfriend, Erin, moved out of state a couple months ago, and we've been able to see eachother a few times since then, but it looks like she may not be able to come visit for a really long time. I'm praying she gets to come back soon... before summer starts. But I don't know what to expect. Please, if you guys are so inclined, we would really appreciate prayer. I love this girl more than anyone in the world(God excluded, of course), and we've helped eachother through so much... I don't want to lose her. I don't want to give up on her. Please, pray that we get to see eachother more frequently, and that things work out in the end. We both know we can handle this. God put us together for a reason, and the process is still going. And we are NOT about to give up on eachother. But circumstances we can't control are in the way, and I just ask that you guys would pray that these obstacles be brief and not so hard on us, her especially. She always has it worse.

Yeah... sorry for rambling on, but this is incredibly important to me. Thanks everyone.

God might have put you together for a reason...but he may need to keep you apart for a while now. My girl friend is going to the Netherlands for 10 months, in this time I may get to see her once. We new about this before we started to court. And, we pray that God will bring us back to earth (show us if we unknowingly left his will). We are going to build a stronger relationship with God that may have been hindered because of our relationship. My suggestion is do the same. Build your relationship with God, and rely on him for comfort. Thats all I am gonna say....oh 'nother thing. This is more general and for everyone. Alot of times we say we love God more then a significant other, but, based on Corinthians, we don't (show it). We are quite often more patient with our bf/gf then with God. We spend alot more time with them, rather then God. And, we rely on them for stuff that on;y Jesus can provide.

after spending 3 months in africa with only talking to my fiance 2x, I can say, yes it's hard. but you also can get through it if you want... keep talking, and keep that jealousy and doubt under check.
