Laying out the Metonic and Callipic Cycles

This is a demonstration showing how the Metonic and Callipic cycles actually fail after 24 Years abiding by their own system and rules. I also layout the ancient Egyptian solar calendar alongside the Julian and Gregorian systems, and compare their years in a single table next to the true solar year given to Adam and later to Moses. These tables will show how the man made systems aren't based on reality at all but onthe active imaginations of their creators.

First is the perfect solar and lunar cycle in synch in a 50 Year Jubilee Cycle:

We see that after 1 Year the Sun has an overplus of 6 Days which were lost by the Moon changing its course a total of six times per year. After 5 Years this amounts to an overplus of 30 Days accrued by the Sun: at this precise time you can properly intercalate a 13th Lunar Month so that the lunar cycle is once again in synch with the Sun and stars. So we see all the ancients understood that the solar year has a base year of 360 Days and the lunar year always has 354 Days with alternating months of 29 and 30 Days. The key differences between the Adamic calendar and those of the pagans is that:

Adamic Calendar

• Based on the Word of God and created by God.
• 1 Year is divided in 360 Days of 12 Months with 30 Days.
• 1 Year is divided into 4 Seasons
• 4 Intercalary/Seasonal Days are added onto the end of the solar year, which amounts to 1 Year of 364 Days of 52 Weeks.
• 1 Week = 7 Days
• Follows a 50 Year Jubilee Cycle.
• New Year begins in the spring on the 4th Day of the Week.
• The equinoxes and solstices are placed at the head of the 1st, 4th, 7th, and 10th Months to divide one season from the next.
• Lunar year is 354 Days with 12 Lunar Months alternating between 29 and 30 Days.
• Lunar Year aligns with the solar year by inserting a 13th Lunar Month of 30 Days every 5 Years.
• The Lunar year counts from full moon to full moon, for the Moon was created full of light on Day 4. The "new moon" is the sighting of the first waxing sliver crescent.

Pagan Calendars

• Based on the word of man and created by man.
• Follows the base year of 360 Solar Days but depending on the system divides the days and months differently.
• 1 Year is divided into 2, 3, or 4 Seasons. This variance is influenced by the personal experiences of the people which are dependent on their geographical location.
• 1 Week = 7 to 10 Days from all calendars I could find. Some may be greater than 10 Days or less than 7 Days but, so far I haven't found any.
• The cycles which bring the solar and lunar cycles in synch with the seasons aren't made clear, as this knowledge was mainly known by the king, royal astronomers, and priests.
• The solar and lunar cycles were usually attached to their mode of government and religious pagan beliefs. Therefore this creates much variance from one nation to the next.
• The lunar cycles all follow a 354 Day count, but the phase of the moon which they beginning their count varies. And what is considered a "new moon" isn't consistent across the board.

Overall all the ancients understood that the number of degrees in a circle and square are based upon the 360 Days of the circuit of the Sun and that the Moon must always be realigned with the Sun and stars after a number of years. And prior to the heliocentric theory the ancients only believed in a geocentric model. Aside from this the Adamic Calendar is the only one which can adequately explain its theory and show that it works in practice and aligns with nature.

Next we have a larger table with the aforementioned calendars side by side over a 76 Year period:

It's clear for all who carefully study the second set of tables that the Metonic and Callipic Cycles align the lunar year with the solar year a total of ten times in a 24 Year period:

4. Year 8

6. Year 12
7. Year 15
8. Year 18
9. Year 21
10. Year 24

But after this both cycles continue to over-correct the lunar year and never gets it in synch with the solar year. We also see that the aforementioned cycles don't actually align with any other solar calendar but the Adamic calendar of 360 Solar Days with 4 Intercalary Days.

In closing it's clear that these man-made calendars have no bearing on reality as most--if not all--were corrupted to fulfill the evil desires of government officials and corrupt politicians.
