Latin music

I am a latin student and love to listen to it sung. My favourites are the latin prayers in the musical Evita. I was wondering if there are any quality cds out there of latin music--prayers or ballads or anything like that. I have a few gregorian chants but am looking for something less choral and more melodic.

Any ideas?

Any recording of a Mass will have Latin text in it.

I'll recommend Beethoven's Missa Solemnis again.

The only problem is that it may be hard to hear the individual words sometimes, but once I know what they're singing I can usually pick it out.
