Does anyone here have a lot of brothers and/or sisters? I have five younger sisters, and they are all completely crazy!!

CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

5 brothers, 2 sisters...It was pretty crazy when we all lived under the same roof. I'm the oldest too...

wow, i can't imagine having a big family like that, i only have one brother! however, i'm pretty content with the way things are

I've got an older brother and sister and a younger brother and sister. It never seemed like we were a large family though cause my big sister got sent to a home when she was about age 13. And my big brother went to live with our bioligical father when he was 15. So it was just me and the younger ones...and then I left for college when they were almost in junior high.

Wow - total craziness!
I'm glad that I gained some valuable conflict-resolution and people skills from living with so many sisters. I feel like I have already been a mother too! LOL I just wish I had a brother; it would have provided some much-needed insight into the male psyche.

I am glad to have been part of a big family...although if you would have asked me that at different times during my earlier years, my opinion would have varied. It was fun to always have somebody to play with but sometimes you just wander what it's like to be spoiled rotten...haha. Now, I live about 4-5 hours from my immediate family and miss them sorely when I can't see them as often as I would like to. I really only get to see everyone around holidays which really bites. Hopefully, i will have a dependable car soon(within the next 3 months) and I will be able to visit them on weekends I am off.

wow...I couldn't imagine living with that many kids...wait...I have before what am I talking about...
I am the oldest of three...but for almost a year we lived with another family who also has three children...and the ages of the six of us are:
Me-21
My sister-18
My brother-15
Lindsey-11
Marissa-8
Joseph-5
Now talk about crazy...we tell people they are our brother and sisters, and they do the same...so its pretty cool...I've known them for over ten years now, and I feel like they are my family.

I've only got 2 younger sisters and to tell you the truth.... i'm glad there is no more of us!!! our place can be like a war zone and there's only the 5 of us all together, i don't wan to imagine what it'd be like with more kids!!!

I only have 1 younger sister....my mom is an only child...but my grandmother (mom's mom) is 1 of 8 children (2 boys and 6 girls).

I have 1 brother, 1 half brother, and 4 half-sisters. I only grew up with the 2 brothers and 2 sisters though.
