language schools in central america

Hola gente

I'm planing on taking spanish classes in latin america for a few months. (within the next 2 or 3 years)

I'm looking for
a christian language school (or christian school with language programm)
in central america (guatemala, costa rica, honduras, cuba,...)
near to beaches/the ocean where
no german speaking students will be (or only a few).
living with a spanish-speaking family would be nice or the chance to interact with central americans.

any recommendations?

I lived in Quito, Ecuador for a year and seven months...my wife Maria Jose is from there...From my own experience as well as what I have been told Quito, is a relatively peaceful city. I loved being there and would be glad to go back. I taught English there in a small Christian school as well as at the university level....
