I think the term is Open GL, but I digress. You either need a better memory card, delete some unneeded files so you can have more memory, but you probably need a new memory card. Probably a Radeon 9200. They go for $100 on the market.

If all else fails, just return the game, go home, and cry into your pillow. Sorry. :(

Actually it's OpenGL (no space). Like Lithium Hobo said, you may need a new video card if your video card is not 64 MB - I think mine's 16 MB, but it's an old Voodoo Banshee [it might run, but not that good]; my Dad fixed a similar problem with OpenGL and Jedi Knight II: Jedi Outcast, but I don't know how. Try going to LucasArts' website and either go to the Forum and ask their tech staff <http://forums.lucasarts.com> under the KOTOR II sub topic, or you can try contacting Yoda's help desk <http://support.lucasarts.com/yoda/start.htm>.

Hopefully one of those two should be able to help you out. Enjoy your game, if you get it to work.

It's a hardware issue. There's not much you can do with it. OpenGL might be supported by your graphics card (go and look for new drivers for it from the manufacturer's website) but the 64MB is where your issue lies. Your graphics card simply does not have enough built-in RAM to support the game (there's most likely a more technical way to describe it, but for now, this suffices).
