For the original KOTOR, I named my light side character Lucy "Luck" Lang. She was a fast talking scoundrel with an extremely high charasima. She could talk her way out of any situation and was quite the pazak shark (her middle name is luck).

I started going through the game on the dark side with a character named Darth Revan (just for the hilarity in the conversations), but I didn't get very far with that.
