Backround: Kengi Hong had always wanted to be a police officer ever since he was a child but he was one day blinded in his right eye when he sustaind a bullet wound in his head from tampering with his father's (Rento Hong, Police Officer) gun. Miraculousy he suvived but could not see in one of his eyes. this kept him from finishing critical police training and become an officer. he became a travling tazer salesman selling to police forces and security officers around the

Recently he made a temporary move to Rosnia to sell tazers to the military ufortunately the Rosnian government has refuse to purchase tazer. Instead they have confiscated them from Kengi Residence,Also due to recent conflict he has not been aloud to leave the country. he has received numerous letter saying that his mother is dieing and he desprately wants to return to japan.
