The vice has been tightening for some time. Thanks for sharing the video Timothy. I used to touch this stuff too much and found only death there, and the Lord would break me from it each time. He is breaking man of trying to find the answer in man in these days. The world will be what it will be, but the Lord will also be who He will be. I have no doubt many of these things are coming and are already upon us mentioned in this video.
For me I have found more rest in likening myself to Jeremiah as He saw the vice of Babylon closing in. The Lord is handing man over to itself in these days, and much of His people are swept up in the delusion. As painful as it was to Jeremiah, he saw it all from the hand of God, and focused more on the spiritual solution and was thus persecuted for it, but saw it as the necessary way.
I also try to remove myself from it and think of everything for the Lord's sake. I thus try to say prayers something like. "Bless you Lord and all you do, for the sake of your Son precious Lord whatever you deem wise for the realization and sake of your Son, I pray you take this world through the necessary processes to achieve your desire, whatever the cost."
Finally I shared this in some meditative writing about Daniel when the walls closed in. I had things in mind like was mentioned in the video and many other things when I wrote this as to when the walls close in for our day. I hope it is helpful here.

It is good in these days to remember God has always taken it off the Powers of this earth and the Powers of the air and given it to
the things that are not to bring to nothing the things that are and to the things that are weak to shame the strong (1 Corinthians 1:26-28). Daniel was a prisoner of the greatest throne on this earth at that time, but one thing Nebuchadnezzar didn't have that Daniel did was that although Nebuchadnezzar was on the throne, Daniel was in touch with
The Throne. Nebuchadnezzar could move many men, but Daniel's prayers were able to move Heaven.
If our lives and prayers are lived out and prayed out from the Spirit each day many around us will seem to have a much bigger voice, but we are in touch with the only voice that matters. Do not localize your life and bring it down to who you are and the things of this earth. They are what they are, but a life truly lived out from the Spirit has the power within in it to touch the ends of the earth. Better to be in our prayer closet with Daniel in touch with heaven, than being something in this world in touch with many men.
