That's not how this works. You investigate because you suspect a particular crime has happened. You don't just investigate hoping to find something.

That's not what being a foreign agent means under the FARA. You are required to register as a foreign agent only if you are lobbying or doing PR work for a foreign entity. Is there any evidence of that being the case?

Money laundering requires the funds to be illegally obtained in the first place. No indication of that.

You know that is not what is happening here. The FBI has had this info since at least 2019 and done nothing. You also know that if the Republicans had not taken the house we would not even be having this conversation. There is way more than enough evidence a crime has been committed. Turning a blind eye to it just might not work out well for those who do so.

Shell companies are a thing that have existed for a long time. They sometimes are used for shady purposes, but there are also plenty of legit purposes for them. For example in this case they could have been paid in yuen, leu or whatever the relevant currency would have been and then paid out the Bidens in USD. That's just one example off the top of my head. If shell companies were themselves indication of shady business, almost every major businessperson in the country would be under constant investigation.
The $10 million was given to several people and companies over the course of more then a year. And while I don't feel like combing through the full report in fine detail, it shows a good chunk of that amount went to people besides Hunter. As for what that was for, I have no idea. Nobody does, but that does not automatically mean it's for something shady. Our legal system relies on evidence, not suspicion and innuendo.
