Since some have asked where we go to church now I thought I would share about a visit we just had.
We just moved to a new town to start a new job and had to find a new church. The first one we tried has a preacher who has expository sermons, is reaching out to the unchurched (this is a church plant), has a cell group model, and is an annihilationist. He seemed surprised that we were too. They don't spell out every end-time view, and a he seemed completely un-phased by the thought of us keeping Sabbath if we so chose in our house. He also is studying out the state of the dead question and sees merit to the Adventist view. We just got done with a good visit. They are a non-denominational church.
This might be a pretty cool church to be part of.
