I (personally at least) have been thinking of getting involved with Masonry. But I'm trying to find at least some basic tenants of it. I know its secretive and stuff..but if anyone can give me some info that would be great...just pm me here or you can pm me and I'll give you my email address so we don't get any staff mad about "promotion of another religion" or whatever....

***If anyone has any plans to witness to me or to give me anti-masonry sites or tell me how bad they are..dont' even bother...either I won't listen, have the thread closed or I'll report the post to staff. Don't start any arguments in short***

Hehehe...I'd link to that Chick tract as a joke right now, if I could find it.

I looked up the Order of the Eastern Star for ya, though. You'd have to be married or otherwise related to a Mason to join, from what I can gather.

And, of course, I can't really provide links...but if you go to the address bar and type "co" then "-" then "masonry" then "." then "org", you may find a co-ed Masonic site...

Kinda, but my Thelemic philosophy won't let me join any organization that excludes women from most branches. Thus, I'm more interesting in the co-masons. Or the O.T.O., which started as a Masonic organization.

Masonry is an initiatory society. I'm not really too sure of anything beyond that.

Yeah, but if you're male, you have to be a Mason to join the OES.

Which means I'd still be supporting gender inequality.

Co-Masonry, baby. Yeah. I already wrote them for information.
