I have like, a strong addiction to Junk Food. I know that most of us do, but I believe that for me it's a big problem.
I can't go three days without having a taste of pop. It's almost like, dare I say, I "need" it. Same goes for chips. Mostly chips than anything else. I can go for maximum a week before I need to eat or drink something like this.
And I dont have a little, I buy 2 litre bottles of pop and big bags of chips, and I eat it all at once. It's very hard for me to have only a little. I know drinking pop is bad. I have tried to drink a lot of water for substitute - and again, it works for a while but then there comes this overwhelming need to have it. It gets to a point where it's almost like that's all I think about.
luckily it doesnt affect my complexion or weight (I have no idea why). I dont take advantage of this though. I really want it to stop. I am a slave to these things and I am finding it hard to break free.
Any advice on how I can overcome this addiction to junk?
