Probably not suddenly, but it happens. Some have become famousA woman literally can’t live as a man because they’re women and don’t know what it’s like to be men. Just because they are tomboys or more masculine means they should suddenly live as men.

So there's really no predictive power in this observation other than the obvious - we never have 100% perfect absolute knowledge. Even after trans surgery, a male body doesn’t become female body or vice versa. It’s still a male body, but it’s been mutilated.
