Is there already scandal?
I felt so ill when I ran across her wedding televised -- she rented a massive hall that made the ceremony look bigger than a royal's.
The next time I watched her (a year later?) I was relieved to hear her say that she'd been eager to preach and travel, but the Lord told her she needed to commit to prayer hours within her church. (A couple years ago.)
He keeps working on all of us, despite ourselves.
You asked who she is. Very dynamic, dramatic, passionate. Talks about fasting and extreme choices to submit oneself to God. Prophecy talk tends to focus around what she heard, rather than raising others up. Tends toward hyperspirituality without emphasis on caring for people's earthly needs.
My personal reaction to her -- she's louder than I care for, and pushy where she hasn't earned a personal right to be. I feel that she gets caught up in trends, but I do think she seeks the Lord and brings people into a deeper level.

I haven't paid much attention lately. With Paula White becoming the infomercial that she has...who knows.
I have always felt they were both very passionate, annointed women of God and to listen to them speak...God's annointing was just flowing through them almost faster than they could keep up with. But I know the changes in Paula White and her minsitry and as I said with her...I think they get brought to such a place of success that they can't help but get caught up in the flesh...were they to return to the place of spiritual success that brought them to where they were we would all continue to be blessed by them.
And, as I mentioned before It is happening all to often, everywhere. I just left a megachurch about a year ago and I think it got that way because of a true annointing turned "Fleshly desire for power/ultimate megachurch-corporation".
Just serves as a reminder to us all to ever remain humble and sincere in our walk and to stay continuously focused on the Lord. We can even get sidetracked within ourselves doing what we think is going to please HIM...we have to be so careful.
