Powers: shapeshifting - he can turn into most animals, but not anything smaller than a chihuahua or bigger than an elephant. When he changes into something much smaller or bigger than his normal size, he gets tired very quickly. Some forms, like a wolf, are hard to control because of the strong instincts to hunt. He can also change his appearance, such as his eye and hair color/style, his height, his weight, skin color, etc. He rarely uses his powers - when Magneto asks him to, or in a fight he might transform into a bear.
Background Info: Josiah used to be a spy, and he's an old friend of Xavier's. Despite the rumors, Josiah is not at Magneto's school to spy on him for Xavier. He's very intelligent and is qualified to teach English, History, and Math...but when Magneto hired him he asked specifically to teach English or History.
Personality: Josiah comes across as a little quiet, but he's quite the 'people person'. In the classroom, he's very outgoing and gets along well with most students. He doesn't give much homework and will let the class watch a video a few times a month depending on their behavior and if they're doing well on their assignments. (i.e. if they don't do their homework, they won't get to watch a movie) He's the type of guy who can talk for long periods of time and never tell you anything about himself. He's not very 'open'.
