Abilities: Speed up, slow down, and freeze time, including his age. (Only for a few minutes though.)

Bio: Ever since he was a baby, Josh, Harvy could control time. (Which was bad because he was a baby.) He would often 'cause time problems in incidents such as when kidnappers were trying to take him, and he slowed down time yet sped up himself, making it into his mother's arms just in time as time became normal. after a while, the men fired guns at his mother, and he froze time, exept since his mother was holding him, she could move herself away. When he was at age 12, he and his parents had moved to a bad side of town, because his father had become a pastor and was on a mission to try to convert the neighborhood. One day, while his mother was returning from a grocery store, a group of mugger came out a block away from the house. Josh came just in time. (He sped himself up to be there in time anyways.) The people had just begun their mugging when he arrivedo on the scene, froze time, and redirected their blows at eachother. He had saved his mom and when his mother explained what happenned to his fther, his father declared it a gift from God. After many more incidents, Josh used his powers to keep himself out of trouble. (Like when he was almost late for school, he would speed himself up and slow the clock, speed up meeting with the principle, and skip classes to recess. Sometimes, he would speed himself up so much so that he would age faster.) At the age 15, the mutant problem arose and Josh's parents sent him to the school for the gifted. (He sped up the car ride.) He resides there now.
