I have seen his name pop up all over YouTube when I watch videos on Genesis and he is quoted by the narrator of the Inspiring Philosophy website. If he is anything like Michael Heiser, I've got to give this guy a listen. Thanks for the final push in that direction. God bless.

Indeed, I like both Walton and Heiser a lot, at least from a cultural scholarship perspective but not quite as full members in my Doctrinal Country Club

Heiser's Youtube video on the basics of gospel is great, citing Naaman as a simple model that seems to cut through a lot of overly-complicated understandings of soteriology.
