No. The American Women Quarters Program was authorized by the Circulating Collectible Coin Redesign Act of 2020 (Public Law 116-330).

Also, if you have some change lying around you might be surprised to find some quarters you already have with Washington's face turned away from the phrase "In God we trust." Here are a few I found in my change.

I doubt Biden designed the quarter and I doubt the intent was to show George Washington turning away from God. I also would not want to get on the wrong side of Wilma Mankiller.

I did see President's Biden's name mentioned to revive President Obama's plan of replacing Andrew on the $20 bill with Harriet Tubman which the Trump organization discarded. But the article did not give credit to Joe Biden for having this change in the US quarter.

Nor is this the first quarter that has Washington facing a way from in God we trust - I wonder why that was never noted before and become a part of people's conversation - is it a against Biden thing?

Well, the price of gasoline keeps falling and employment is up, and Biden is doing better in the polls, so they had to do something.

I don't live in the U.S., I've never been there, but I've often wondered why you even have on your currency the expression "In God We Trust", when it's crystal clear to me that those who are in charge of the place don't even believe in God to begin with. If it was decided that the words had to go, it would not surprise me one bit. I wonder what they would replace it with though. Probably something satanic or from the rituals of the Freemasons. Why was "E Pluribus Unum" dispensed with?

Biden, Obama, G.W. Bush in particular seem to be believers. Trump at least claimed to be, although he doesn't go to church and couldn't even name one Bible verse when asked.

Technically, "In God we trust" is unconstitutional, but is is a "de minimus" violation; the courts have ruled that it no longer has any meaning for most people when on our currency.
