Job Setisfection

Dear all
Please pray for me.I am working in a Composite Textile in Bangladesh.I am facing lot of problems.This job is very hard.even I am working last 14years.God pull up me in a mid level.But salary level is less.I try to make pleased my top levels.But they are not pleased to me.Please pray for it.
