Job Demands!!!

Hello everyone,
I need pray really bad. I work for a company where I am being discriminated against. I have been working for this company going on a year in June. Weel, I've been having some serious problems going on at work.First of all my manager talks to me like I'm a child. And everyong runs over me. Las week I heard with my own ears 3 managers talk about me in the office. I can't take it any more. They screen all oif my phone calls and I don't have any provicy. I no God has me here for a reason because he is the one that BLESSED me with this job. When they go to lunch I pray over their office and ask God to change them. So will everybody please pray for my spirit while I'm at work. And the evil spirits that I have to fight against everday here. Thank You!

first of all discrimination in the work place is against the law. You do NOT deserve the treatment you are given, if you have to pray over their offices while they are gone, I really think it may be time to leave. You deserve so much better my friend. You deserve to go to work in a pleasant environment. You deserve to have people enjoy working with you. All of this petty gossip in a workplace is not healthy. I would go to someone above your boss and file a complaint if it is a case of discrimination. If it is a case of they just dont care for you, aside from praying about it, there is nothing you can do. I will pray about it also. I do not know your whole situation, but I did have a friend in a similar situation and she told me that at night she would think how much she did NOT want to go to work the next day, she eventually left her job abd is now happy in her new work environment. You deserve the best! don't settle for less. Like you said, you may be there for a reason, so I will pray but if this continues please think about finding employment elsewhere. you are going on a year there and it is still like this? your boss has no right to talk to you in a condescending matter. People who take advantage of authority like that is often the last bastion of insecurity. Try to talk to your boss and take it from there. Be honest about how you are feeling, they may not even realize the potential damage they are causing. The one thing I do not tolerate well is other people feeling less because of someone...I am praying for and with you always...Praying is such a powerful thing Tabitha, keep it up! then, Tabitha, you need to look elsewhere.

Rejection, rejection, rejection. Nothing like a good old bit of rejection to stir up the old flesh-man back into life. Somebody told me that rejection is a trademark of the prophetic ministry. Maybe God (and you seem sure that He has placed you there) is using this environment to address the subject of 'fear-of-man' so He can perfect His vessel for the work He has for you...You know: the BIG Plan.
Things often get tough when weve been spending time with the Lord because we give Him permission to do what He wants in us..Change us and all that. Dont believe that its the devil playing games with you. Know that its Gods hand and submit to His work..you gave him pemission right?

Ah Tabitha. I will pray for you. I'm sorry you have to go through that. I pray that you can come to be friends with the people that are discriminateing against you, that you can impress them, and make them look back on the days when they were discriminateing them and see how horrible they were acting. I pray you get the recognitions you deserve.
