I LOVE cottage cheese, again, however, it taste sooooo different over here, I can't wait to get mine again back home. LOL, well, Tins, I just speak from many years of experience, trial and error, so to speak. But, I am always happy to help others, natural healing and nutrition is my favorite subject. I am enjoying it very much!!! You need to talk to me EVERY night, I usually get a bowl of ice cream but I have to say I'm enjoying this almost as much and it feels better than ice cream does.

Yep, you will feel better. I love ice cream, don't get me wrong, but it does tend to make ya feel blah, it is the sugar, where as the Cottage Cheese, being a protein, keeps the sugar from rising or dropping too much, thereby, keeping you feeling more stable. I used to buy it by the gallon back home.

What is really good, that is, if you like brewers yeast, sprinkle it on top of the cottage cheese, it is awesome and loaded with B vitamins, folks also use it on pop corn, it taste like cheese that way. I love it. Use the powdery kind, that is the best form. I guarantee your desire for sweets will get less.

I see the line Sov...I'm not sure if it can be gotten rid of...it may just be there as a default...

Another great bed-time snack, Cashews. YUMMY. They are loaded with B vitamins and amino acids, and sooo tasty. I sometimes get carried away and eat too many, then I am full. LOL. Again, a high protein food that does not give extreme sugar fluctuations.

Course, BJ's here sells a big thing of dark chocolate covered Cashews and I LOVE those but uh yeah...well, maybe that wouldn't be SO bad since it's dark chocolate...

Oh and I put chia seeds in the cottage cheese, they're really good for you, loaded with a buncha good stuff

Brewer's Yeast good for fleas? Interesting, haven't heard that one. I typically use Diatomaceous Earth and that works pretty well.

Well, there ya go. Dark chocolate, WHEN eaten in MODERATION, is good for you as it is full of antioxidants, in fact, it is the one chocolate that diabetics can eat as it has a low glycemic index. I love it. So, I guess you could treat yourself once in a while to a handful, especially if you have been an exceptional good girl that day. LOL
