Italians are wonderful folk. So fun-loving and very demonstrative. As everyone knows, I adore their food.
My father was Italian so I'm half really.

UGH, don't I know it. I pay dearly when I eat it. Why, if I even eat a slice of bread, my sugar jumps through the roof, I am glad I go down fairly fast, but I do not like it. Steve can eat sugar straight, his blood glucose stays normal, NOT NICE. If I eat low carb, like I did for the last days, I never go above the 90's. But I get bored and want to cheat. *sigh*Yeah I like Italian food too but too high in carbs

Well, my dear friends, I have enjoyed myself so much today, the time has flown by and you know what? My depression is gone and I feel so much better,. Thank You Jesus for the friends here at CF, and for helping me to feel better. I guess I better sign off and do some things, don't want to, but guess I should.
