Ruth, I think we had that conversation a while ago...can't remember what he said...but i ended up posting videos of people who did
How are you feeling today?
I am tired today as I had a rubbish night's sleep. I just couldn't get comfortable. I am having to sleep quite upright and with my knee really still. The new pain meds regime really seems to be helping, although taking different pain meds at 14 points during the day can be a bit confusing!
How are you doing?
Aww I'm sorry you couldn't sleep!!! That's rough!
I slept well until 9am when my husband left for work...he talked to me and that woke me up (duh......). It took me another hour to fall back asleep but I did and I woke up at 11:30 but I've had this heavy headache, guess I should take something for it lol it's that kind of day! It's pouring rain here and thundering too...it's a do nothing day except I have to be at work in less than a couple hours. No complaints though...doing pretty well overall!
yeah my mum found that too, we made a list to check off what to take and what taken
She did? That's good!
I have a list with times on and I have to check things off just to make sure I don't take more or less than I should. I know it's gonna be hard coming off of some of these drugs tho.
Thanks LittleH!I just got myself a fried egg and provolone sandwich and took some ibuprofen. It's one of those headaches that hurts your eye sockets, not sinus though...it's weird...and I always have aches and pains when there's rain anyway...so I took the meds and that should help some lol I'll feel better soon
Yeah it takes sometime though she found it easier the more she quit them made her feel good she could and made her feel more herself again. Some of the meds might get your feelings mixed up, without you noticing.
Anyway its good you have a list.
Some of the meds, I have been on for a long time because it took the doctors such a long time to work out what was wrong with my knee. I know that if I miss taking any of those drugs, for whatever reason, I get bad withdrawals and really depressed. I'm wondering if they have affected my body's ability to produce serotonin.
Yeah, the list is really helpful and my husband is very good at helping me remember at the moment.
