I was searching something online and found a book called "Jesus doesn't exist! The bible tells me so." By Derek Murphy and

First mistake:
He quotes the Gospel of Thomas. Good job quote a Gospel that's not included in the Holy Bible and that typically Christians do not accept as sound doctrine. GOOD job! I am laughing about that. Google it and look at the preview on Google Books.

Second the guy fell for the whole dribble of the Zeitgeist movie. Especially the sons of Jupiter thing.

And why do so many authors trying desperately to disprove Jesus' existence always act as if he were ACTUALLY born on December 25th. Seriously? They believe that. They also believe that we believe that! Ok and they call us ignorant and misinformed.

What you have discovered merely proves what many have known for years, you can't reason with those that are outside the faith of Christ because the truth is hidden from them. Therefore they can't understand anything of the spirit and it is like casing pearls before swine to discuss certain things with them. Praying for them is probably a better course because until someone can accept Jesus for who He is, the son of the living God, they can't understand the truth about Him and the truth that is Him.

I am confused as to how that's relevant. Plus I said "Zeitgeist dribble" and I am not sure when this "genius" wrote his book so for all I know Zeitgeist could have stolen from him. Who knows but none of it makes sense and most of it if not all is made up.

They're deceived... but it would serve us (and Him) well to remember that the Lord loves them every bit as much as He loves us. If we laugh at people, call them names, denigrate them and their beliefs, we only push them further away from Him, and that's something we'll have to answer for when we're standing in front of Him.

It hurts to see people be cruel about Him, and it's confusing how people could deny He ever existed, but we don't fight people, we fight principalities. Many of us were anti-Christians, but His sovereignty won out in the end, and satan's influence was snatched away, and we were snatched into the kingdom of God No-one is too far gone to be saved, and maybe we can be His hands for the people who most staunchly deny Him.

I realised during the week, people can't ignore love forever, and that's what the Lord has to offer.
