Personality: feisty and outgoing, she has trouble taking orders, and her quick temper has gotten her into trouble more than a few times. She has a soft spot for those in need, but rarely does anything to actually help them due to the fact that she never had the means to do so without endangering herself.
History: Jessa’s planet was conquered by the Vong and rendered completely inhabitable when she was six years old. Her entire family was killed, while Jessa was taken to be sold as a slave. Sold to a high ranking official, Jessa was forced to work as a slave, but during her long years of servitude, she never really learned her place as a slave. She was always outspoken and never hesitated to speak her mind, especially about issues that she had a strong opinion on, despite the fact that it usually brought about harsh punishment. She ran away several times, but she was always found and brought back to her owners. As a result of her repeated attempts to run away, she was well-known with the authorities and they never hesitated to stop her and interrogate her on where she was heading if she was seen without any companions.
