'In her ruling Judge Preska gave 14 days for any Does who objected to their documents being made public to object, after which they would be unsealed. If anyone objects to their name being released, then that will certainly lead to speculation by the general public.'

I don't get that last sentence. If someone thinks they're on the list and wants to object to their name being released, surely that request must be private. You can't announce that 'Jack Smith wants his involvement to remain undisclosed'.
