I can't find a general thread - mods feel free to move this post. My wife Annette had been spending a lot of time on this forum during her pregnancy and she wanted me to let her friends here know that we have two daughters we named Isabella and Olivia and she is recovering.

That is wonderful, if I remember correctly she posts often in Non-Christian Religion. I see you've posted this in the Cafe over there, that should let all her friends over there see it as well.

Thanks, she said let her friends in OBOB and NCR know, I dont know who her friends are so I just did a GA. So what is it like having a twin? I dont even have a sibling...

So what is it like having a twin? I dont even have a sibling...

Well, it's pretty neat. I have a twin sister so we are fraternal twins. alot of people say that's just like having a normal brother or sister, but I have other brothers too and it's a bit different.

Sometimes when we call each other we get a busy signal because we are calling at the exact same time. That happens about once a month

In a way you always have a friend who was there as you grew up. It does not take kids long to figure out that two heads are better than one. So sometimes twins work in a pair to do things they can't do alone. That can range from helpful things to trying to get to the cookie jar.

Later in life it is really nice to have someone who has the exact timeframe for references as you talk about growing up. Identicals are even closer, but a twin is a twin and in a real way part of you for life.

I know Annette from the non-christian forums area (she has been defending our faith very well specially among all the Muslims over there), but I did not even realize she was pregnant or about to give birth. Twins wow, that is wonderful news, Congratulations to both of you!

The names Isabella and Olivia are beautiful names.
