Yknow this is one of those things IMO we should not be allowed to ignore. People would have a hissy fit and a half, but we should hear about it day and night until we snuff it out (or come extremely close, obviously nothing is 100%). By "we" I mean basically the world btw, not just the USA.

I agree. This is an international problem that needs to be dealt with by all countries. Thailand purports to to be working on this, which has been a major source of human traffiking.
