I haven't really played the Jakand Daxter series, but I love Ratchet and Clank and we can't get it yet until our wal-mart releases it this Thursday!!!
The best place to go for info on R&C 3 is www.insomniacgames.com that I have been to

they really gave jak 3 a perfect 10, especially when turn into light jak,he looks just like a angel,only dimmer

I love the Jak series...and can't wait to get the game...I played a demo at Target and it looks really cool. Daxter cracks me up every time.

Jak 2 is so very awesome!!! Ya get guns and dark Jak... Good grief that Light Jak picture scares me a lot. Daxter cracks me up too.
" Outside the city but what about the metalheads? It ain't no pettin' zoo out there. Peeps be gettin' deep sixed!" -Daxter(Jak 2) that line cracked me up... Don't know 'bout you but hey everyone's different (and the way he said it and his facial expression just made me lose it.)

I got Jak 3 yesterday..it is awesome!! I have noticed that there is more adult type humor in this one though. It's still funny. The zoomers seem slower in this one then in Jak 2. I love this game.

I just bought Ratchet & Clank 3 for my little brother and he really likes it. I haven't been able to play it myself though. I might get him Jak as well, then he would - I think - have all of both series.

Hmm, I have a big debate about which is the better game, Ratchet & Clank 2 or Jak 2. I say Ratchet & Clank for several reasons.


1. I think while the story is thought out better, while certainly more nonsensical it's intentionally so. Poking fun at clichés and all that. Jak 2 tried to be serious yet I thought it was just dumb.

2. Clank me thinks is the funnier of the two. I thought Daxter is rather low brow.

3. Ratchet & Clank has a much more varied levels.
