Name: Jack
Race: Romulite
Side: Undecided
Special abilities: Jack is a chameleon. He doesn't become invisible in the true sense of the word. When he wants to remain unseen, his body automatically assumes control over light, darkness, and the spectrum of colors that are currently hitting/affecting him so that he simply melts into the scene around him. He can also transfer his ability to anything he touches, even other Romulites and humans, as long as he is in physical contact with them.
Appearance: Jack is 5'11" tall and weighs 215 pounds. He's muscular with light skin except for what looks like swirling tribal tattoos all over his body that vary in color from dark blue to dark purple to black. These, however, are not tattoos, but simply the mark of the chameleon, a side effect that the scientists were not aware of before they created him. The iris' of his eyes are completely black, making it appear as if he doesn't have an iris at all, and his close-cropped hair is black as well. Not what one would call handsome, Jack has more of a "tough" look about him, his face stern and determined with a strong jaw and high cheekbones.
Bio: Jack was not given a name when he was first created as a prototype for a new race of stealth soldiers and assassins. His ability to hide himself as a chameleon, coupled with intense physical, mental, and weapons training made him one of the most deadly creatures to walk the earth. But his skin, being so remarkably colored, prevented him from being sent out on missions. He was simply too recognizable and he couldn't stay invisible for his entire journey. He was only meant to be invisible for a short while until the deed was accomplished or the target eliminated. So he was kept in a holding cell right next to the surveillance area of the facility and wasn't allowed outside of his room for fear he would disappear and they would never find him again. He became known as Jack only after he was put into this holding area. A janitor at the research facility saw him disappear once, remembered a book he had read as a kid called The Invisible Man and christened him "Jack Griffin" after the main character.
Personality: Jack is very quiet, reserved, and appears as though he is scrutinizing the world for error. He doesn't have a wide range of emotion due to the fact that his whole life has consisted of training and now simply watching the security monitors from his holding cell. However, he is not quick to anger and he does have the impulse to help others when a situation arises in which he can be of use. He doesn't talk to anyone except for the above-mentioned janitor with whom he has formed a tentative friendship.
