This is something I can't get out of my mind.............

I was looking a WOW 2005 and I heard the chorus to Jeremy Camp's song "Right Here". I've heard it somewhere before....it seems like it was on (secular) TV somewhere.

Can anyone tell me where?

I don't know that song...but I know that they are playing lots of christian music on radio in my country...

I've noticed Christian tunes on shows all over the dial, from the WB to MTV. My guess is that it's cheaper to use relatively lesser-known Christian artists for what amounts to background noise. Other than that, I have nothing to add to this thread.

I really dunno.....the song "Here with Me" by Mercy Me.....was on a rock station that wasn't even christian....probably becuase they thought the singer was talking about a woman....it sounds like he is if you think about it but he's really saying it to God.

I heard Mercy Me say they were releasing their song "Here with Me" to all kinds of stations including secular ones. That's the opportunity that "I can Only Imagine" has created for them with secular stations. What an awesome opportunity to reach the lost!

Another artist/group I hear on tv--commercials even--is Superchick, Superchik, Superchic, not sure spelling. I'll have to get 2005 and listen to Right Here. I know I've heard that before.

There are a fair amount of Christian artists featured on Joan of Arcadia on CBS. Maybe that's where...?

I think that show is blasphemous...

And I try to stay away from CBS as much as I can because it was all I had to watch for 4 months...I almost died.

I heard that one song.. i don't know what its called, but its like "dare you to move, dare you to move" i don't know who sings it, but fox used it for the reopening of The O.C. I thought i heard it on the radio somewheres. hehe

There has been a few songs getting airplay on secular radio these days: Dare To Move You has been quite big, and Hear With Me has received some airplay as well.

Jeremy Camp has received secular airplay in the past as well. I will see if I can find anything out about the song in question.

I know that Jeremy Camp's "Carried Me" was played on The Apprentice, but haven't heard anything about "Right Here" being on TV. I think someone mentioned one of Jeremy's songs playing in the background on MTV during the Gideon Yago in Iraq special. Jeremy has been getting some great media attention lately with being mentioned by an Olympic swimmer before her heat and some other athletes dropping his name.
