  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

is there any significance good or bad to experiencing deja vu? I was just curious

Yes there is. My Bishop explained deja vu as a spiritual marker/indicator that we have arrived in the natural where our spirit already was.

By this I mean, God has already authored our lives. With Him time is eternity. He is not limited by our time system. He has control over our past, present and future simultaneously. He has given angels charge over us to protect us and to ensure that we reach a certain place/assignment at a specific time. So when we have deja vus we experience the I've been here before or we had this conversation before because in the Spirit realm we did and now our natural man has arrived to that place/assignment on time. It is an indication that we are on tract with what God has declared for our lives.

Wow, thank you very much for the reply. It makes sense, I guess I've never really thought about it like that. That's good to know, apparently, I'm right where I'm supposed to be then, thats encouraging!

Deja vu is a glitch in the Matrix. It's where "they" have changed something. ;)

You think I'm kidding, don't you.

I'm not.

Case in point: 101 Dalmatians. Remember the red "hotline to hell" phone Cruella deVil had? NO??? There you go. They changed it. It supposedly never existed now. But I remember it. It DID exist.

That's just the tip of the iceberg, obviously, and not anything of great importance. Other things -- such as the entire timeline of history getting derailed six years ago -- are not so trivial.

Medical science has an explanation for deja vu if you prefer a materialist POV. They say that there are two synapses in the brain that reside near one another: the one for storing memories and the one for retrieving them. Deja vu is simply the occurrence of a crossed wire, where the biochemical for RECALL is released at the moment a memory is actually STORED, causing the sensation of remembering at the moment the memory is actually being stored for the first time.

So take your pick. Ultimately we make our own meaning.
