It's illogical.
A man who dresses as a woman is said to have a civil right to pee in a designated women's only bathroom because he dresses the part. Let's speak on the superficial appearance factor not the inner self issues.
When asked why that man can't use the men's room per usual when he dressed as the man he was born as the response is, he has a right to use the facility he identifies with.
However, he is both male and female. Which identity wins out? The one he claims for himself and dresses as.
Then the argument becomes, in addition he wouldn't be safe dressed as a woman entering a men's room.

That in itself seems to be paramount. Besides of course preserving his feelings being he see's himself as a woman.

Conversely, that man enters a women's room as his civil right and the women in that facility have no right to claim they don't feel safe having a man in their space. Or, have any right to invoke their civil right to privacy.
While that man is said to have the civil right to violate that privacy because he doesn't feel safe wearing women's clothing in the men's room.

If straight cis men are so dangerously horny that they'll put on dresses in order to invade women's facilities in order to assault them, then perhaps we need to pass some laws restricting the freedom of movement of straight cis men. There is no such thing as a trans woman. "Trans" isn't even a word. It's a prefix. Being mentally ill does not necessitate using the wrong bathroom.

The mentally ill are basically a threat to themselves. If a man feels the need to cut off his genitals then he should be institutionalized for his own safety. And, even if a man is mentally ill, then he can still use the men's room.

Restricting the movement of straight men was what women's bathrooms, locker rooms, showers, and dressing rooms WERE all about. It a man was in a women's area everyone knew they didn't belong there. Now one cannot even question if they belong there or not.
Women and men are not upset that lesbians are using the women's facilities. They always have used them. But there are very few cases of women preying on small children or forcing themselves on other women. Men are the usual offenders.
Google cross-dresser rapists, there are many.

Of coarse they are different things. The problem is that allowing men dressed as women into women's facilities is that there is no way to know who is who. Don't you get that?

And by the way, IF you are intending to hold a conversation with another poster, how are they to know if you don't use the Reply button and quote them. I almost didn't read your post now because it wasn't quoting me. Which means I may have missed it altogether by the next time I did return to this thread.
