It's a funny thing...

watching your tummy move that is.

Today dh and I saw my tummy move for the first time, and it was weird seeing my tummy kind of vibrate and then little bumps appear randomly where I got elbowed or kicked.

Weird but nice. Very nice.

Actually I think the baby's run the equivalent of a marathon today - that's what it feels like anyway. Don't think bubba's stopped moving all day!

DH has a picture on his computer of a baby foot clearly visible through the mother's belly. I know with my last one, there were times we could feel individual toes. (My babies have big feet; this one did have long toes.)

It is very interesting to be kicked from the inside. (Regular small movement can be hiccups; that's funny, too.)

I was talking to my sister about this today as she's 2 weeks behind me with her first baby. I remember with my daughter my whole belly jumping up and down when she had the hiccups

I'm 32 weeks now and apparently baby is at peak kicking activity (according to babycentre) and i can believe it, the funny thing is though baby always stops kicking when I talk.

Northstar when baby is a bit bigger you'll see it moving around now that looks and feels weird, a big lump under your skin that moves around . . . like in aliens.

For me, this is one of the best things about being pregnant!
After my daughter was born, I would sit and my hand would automatically rub my belly to feel her move - then I'd realize - she's not in there anymore!
