Thanks for that link, I can see clearly now, though I had to view the part containing the whole clip a couple times, that not only was he not saying what we were trying to be misled into believing what it/he was saying, taken out of it's context of course, etc, but that
he was actually talking about their efforts against voter fraud, or protecting us against voter fraud, etc, and was not even joking or being mocking of president Trump at all, or taking a "poke" at him, like I thought he might have been being, etc...

Those sneaky Republicans though, or at least the all still yet, still yet, still die hard Trump people, etc, my bet is though, that there will still be many people saying or claiming that he (Biden) was actually confessing to the Dems or the government actually admitting to committing to mass voter fraud though, when they were actually talking about their efforts against it, etc... Very, very sneaky, slick, deceptive, on the Trump peoples part, etc... Touche...
