Why not? ISIS targeted young peoples venues when they attacked Paris. A concert, a social place, and a soccer game.
To get the pulse of the infidels in a given city the enemy ensconces themselves among that enemy so as to see for themselves why it must be cleansed.
This enemy is a coward. That's why they hide their warriors among those who need diapers changed and because that expendable future generation is deemed unbeknown to itself to be worthy of death and the label of martyr. Even before they cut their first teeth.
And why? So that the west that drops that bomb to exterminate that terrorist cell and thus kills those innocents the terrorists put there first can be called, 'barbaric' and 'having no respect for life."

This has everything to do with religion. Religion is narcissistic.

But a lot of people are fooled into believing it is, because it makes them feel better about themselves.

Part of the terrorists plan, is to blend in with Western society as much as possible and that means taking up the living habits of westerners.

After 9/11, I believe it was discovered, several of the hijackers were going out to bars and living a western style life to fit in.

And that is why western arrogance is what compels the adversary to humble it.
You know nothing of Islam but you presume to say what it is not when it is born in the middle east and is a culture you've never experienced in your life. But you know what it is not! Sitting in your comfortable place and sure you're OK there. This enemy does not comport with western PC. It is opposed to that and will cut off every head that lifts with an arrogant nose toward Mecca.
