Age: Several hundred years, the exact number is unknown. Lets say 743.09548149 until further notice.
Height: 6'2'', 6'7''sometimes, if you count the whisps of shadow and death-vapors.
Weight: Nearly impossibly to weigh, since he hovers.
Appearance: Ishbaneer is a perfect melding of macabre and ghastly terror, and youthful physical beauty. His face is fair, and like that of a man just out of his teens, or perhaps a year or so younger. He has long black hair, which seems darker than hair should ever be able to get. It usually partially obscures his face, and it falls down on top of his shoulders. His eyes are large and have a faint red glow to them, being red where a human eye is white, and black on the irises and pupil. Ishbaneer's entire upper body is uncovered, revealing his smooth grey skin and his well toned frame... as well as the fact that his midsection below his chest is partly rotted away. His hands are also skeletal, starting just behind the wrists. From the waist down, what most would consider a black "dress"*snicker* covers his lower body, beginning with an elaborate and jagged tasset(metallic body belt) but the garment fades away into the shadows and black vapors that wreath his body. They flare out under where his feet would go, had he a human body, and follow him like a cloak on his back, and also form masses that look similar to wings at times.
Personality and abilities: Ishbaneer is a dark and tortured soul. Whether he was always evil or not is unknown. His motivation, or part of it, is a longing for companionship and affection. But from the beginning, he has failed to achieve this simple thing. Whether it was the cause of his dark visage in the long run, or if his appearance and being was part of the problem, the closest he has ever been able to come is in corrupting other beings and living things. His shadowy tendrils and his bony hands strangulate all hope, free will, and light from their target. Although curable, it is difficult to reverse the effects of Ishbaneer's taint. His victims become little more than a deformed husk of their old selves, as well as slaves to Ishbaneer's will. Although he may not have always been evil, he now sends his "friends" out to subdue, slay, and capture the free beings in the world. He envies the love, joy, and contentment that others take for granted, and strives for a world where everyone and everything share his emptiness. And then... maybe... just maybe... he will be able to find comfort in a common plight with his minions, and earn true friendship, or whatever twisted form of it he is capable of.
History: Although driven by lonliness, it still cannot be denied that Ishbaneer is evil. He has battled against those who seek to purify the dark infection he spreads for centuries, sending his hordes of miserable slaves out to share their pain with the free creatures. Care, sympathy, remorse, were all but purged from his still heart a long, long time ago. His pain has been turned against the innocent for many years, and he still continues to vent his aggressions in the form of invasion and infection.
More may be added later, and will be underlined in that event.
