Not at all. It would be wrong, I think, to read too much into it, as if God had to talk to you through symbols. In my own life I've seen my birthdate in a number of different forms appear repeatedly. I've long told my wife, "It's just God's way of saying He knows us and cares about us." It's beautiful that God reminds us that He controls even what we see to demonstrate His love for us in great and small ways. And He especially is aware of our suffering.
