Ignore it.

Put your faith in Jesus Christ.

You don't need to cite magical incantations (which is basically what this looks like), just trust in Jesus.

Be part of His Church, hear the word, trust the word, live the word.

The devils are cowardly dogs. Christ has conquered them, because Christ is risen.

Sometimes christians need to fight the enemy, a lot of what medicine calls 'mental illneses' are 'spiritual problems' and christians should be able to get help from someone with deliverance, or if they can't get help defend themselves with the help of God.

Let me tell you Jesus and the disciples dealt with 'spiritual problems' all the time, if christians are clueless and ignore this problem that i think is even worse today than in Jesus time, they are doing the enemy a favour.

A while ago I posted a prayer request and someone messaged and told me to say the prayer and watch the video linked below. It's about deliverance, do you think what they wrote is legit or what are your thoughts?

What things specifically do you have questions about, it may be useful to know what worries you? There is nothing wrong with the outline they used, in order to defeat demons we must repent (turn from sin) and follow after God, and His way of doing things.

So that link was in response to a prayer request about depression and loneliness. This person told me there is a very powerful prayer I could say which was in the link. The number one thing that worries me is loneliness. I've met people who've told I'm the most introverted person they've ever met in there life. I'm afraid this issue will never go away and I'll never have any social skills.

I would say that loneliness and depression do not need deliverance. They are often the result of life's pressures and past experiences. There was a time in my life that I suffered loneliness and depression, it was so bad that I wanted to just die, and I thought about suicide. God healed me of my loneliness and depression by bringing good people around me and eventually giving me a wife. I now have no loneliness or depression. It was not deliverance but a change in situations that helped me.

The bible says:

Psa 37:4 Delight yourself also in the LORD, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

One of our desires is for happiness, not depression, God will grant us that desire, as our hearts are strengthened in daily prayer to God. I needed relationships, prayer made me able to maintain those relationships. Others have relationships already but still struggle with depression, God will give such a person inner joy, as they consistently seek after Him. As the bible says:

Gal 5:22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness,

Daily, consistent prayer will fill us with those attributes.

Mat 26:41 Watch and pray, lest you enter into temptation. The spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak."

I am not saying you will experience any feeling, but that inwardly you will find yourself stronger.

Depression is just mental illness. Something that millions upon millions--I'd wager billions--of people suffer from every day. I have it. I struggle with my depression nearly every day, and sometimes it's a really, really difficult battle. Just last night I had a fairly bad episode where I just had to go and pray and then watch cartoons; though I think that may be due to my doctor tinkering with my prescription a bit and I'm still adjusting.

Also:
The thing to always remember about the devil is that he's a liar. The devil always lies. To paraphrase Martin Luther, the devil is disarmed of all his weapons with a single word against him, "liar". When Luther wrote in his hymn "One little word shall fell him", he means to say that the devil in spite of how frightening he seeks to make himself appear is rendered empty and desolate with the smallest of words, such as "liar".
