Is this a bug...or a setting?

For some reason when I post it changes my letters from capitals to lower case.

For example, If I post:


NRA


it will show up as:

Nra

It's to prevent "shouting", because...

PEOPLE GENERALLY DONT LIKE WHEN THEY POST EVERYTHING IN CAPITALS.



So yeah, not a bug.

well, that's a cool feature,

I'm not trying to shout, but want to post accurately. I am concerned that somehting like NRA vs Nra could be confusing for the reader.

If you have a title like: "FYI - Due Tomorrow", then the "FYI" will remain capitalized because the entire title is not capitalized (which is interpreted as shouting)
