Is there some bad spirits at my apartament?

Where to start I used to live with my grandmother in this apartment and my mother,uncle grow up there. So right now my grandmother lives with us in a house and this apartment stands basically empty for a long time. Only I come there with my brother once to couple months for few days. We have this model of church and on top of it there is a cross. When we started leaving the apartment alone started noticing weird thing. The cross on this church model seem like somebody with a hand turned it down and at least 4 times I fix it and when I come not everytime ,but I found it again turned down. What do you think?

That apartment may not be secured as you think it is and somebody has been helping themselves to it & pulling a prank on you, seeing you fixing that cross every time?

Put in a secret security camera. That way you can see if it is a person or something spooky doing it. Get the one that notifies you on your mobile phone when there is movement in that room where the church is at.

No I don't think someone is pulling a prank on me because nobody else stays in that apartment and nobody else has a key. Also not so long time ago I had to leave to the city and we were sure the lights were off and even looked to the window lights were off when we return i was surprised that light were on.

Perhaps the vibrations of walking are causing it to jostle just enough to let that happen.

Believe it or not, people can still get into an apartment without a key. It's not that hard.

People were helping themselves to my apartment when I was at work as an overnight stocker.

I got a motion detector that sets off an alarm when someone is moving around in my apartment and it did go off. I got called at work to go and turn it off. Needless to say I could not afford to have it on, but items do go missing and somebody has been using my cookie sheets to make cookies which I never did, but used it only for pizza. I can see the imprints of the cookies residue left on the cookie sheets. I have cleaned it off more than 3 times to know they are helping themselves to my apartment.

It is possible that your grandmother may have given a key to someone and forgot to tell you. Did she had a pet that a neighbor friend would have the key to in taking care of or some plants to water?

Just something to consider if you wish to play detective.

Change the locks. If someone else has a key that will solve the problem. Its easy enough to do, just watch a few youtube videos for whatever type of lock you have and make sure you measure it correctly.

Usually the logical, common-sense answer is true. Don't look for devils where there are none.
Having said that, I have personally seen and experienced events that have no other explanation than to conclude demons were involved.
We were in my front room talking to a person who we suspected was demonized. The person became very frightened and agitated. We suggested we proceed with a deliverance session. That really got the demon worked up. Suddenly a book fell out of the bookcase less than 3 feet away. It was a book about casting out demons. (The person was delivered from a demon of fear)
We invited a homeless couple into our home while they searched for employment. They professed Christianity but it was not long after that we suspected otherwise. I had a dream where a demon was running around their room yakking and making distracting noises. The next day their dog pooped on our floor, and I proceeded to usher him out to the yard. You may doubt what I say here, but as I chased it out the front door, it became frightened and spoke to me saying "no."
Our church deals with demons on a regular basis.
We have had other instances where demonic forces manifested. Let me say that on the most part, we do not advertise these events, as we feel it is wrong to do so. Jesus has defeated all principalities and powers. We have the blood and name of Jesus to deal with them. We cast out devils in Jesus' name. Resist the devil and he will flee from you. Jesus has given us authority over all the power of the enemy.
