In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

hey everyone. not only am I new to these forums, but I am new to this whole religiong thing as well. You see, I never was brought up to believe in god. i was brought up as an atheist. But about 4 months ago, my friend invited me to go to church with her because they were going to a movie afterwards and it was only 3 dollars. So i said i would go for the movie. It turns out that mass was great. So i decided to come back and each time it became more about the mass and not about the fun. I know Saint Tim's is a little radical, but i love it with all of my heart. they really opend my eyes to things I have never wanted to see or hear before. So now i am in the RCIT program and i get babtized on Easter. but i just wanted to introdce myself, so hi this is me.
