Social dancing is when you go out with friends or other humans and move your body to a rythym for the purpose of making friends, recreation, and pleasure.

Social dancing in-and-of-itself is not sinful. If the dancing includes lewd gestures, then it might. A husband and wife dancing at club, enjoying the time together, is a good thing.
A couple on a date who are dancing, who are simply enjoying each other's company is also a good thing.
However, if the intent of dancing is to partake in some sinful act later on, then I suggest that it is sinful.
