Is Saddam Running Iraq?

I wonder if it is really Saddam that is running Iraq. We know that he has a lot of actors who make public appearances and say they are Saddam. So I wonder if it is not his sons and others who are in power there that are running the country. I also wonder if he does not have some sort of Howard Hughes syndrome, so that he is just not capable of running the country right now.

If you look at the history of Babylon in the Book of Daniel, where there was one King who was sick for 7 years. He did return to power, but I wonder if in the case of Saddam he does not have some sort of sickness like that. But the people who are in charge just keep using his name and saying he is running the country.

Of course there are some people who question if he is even still alive or not. It may not be a good idea for whoever would be really running the country to step forward, because then everyone would be out to target them.

I am sure they are far underground. Most likely they have a place under the palace where they could get to quickly if they were under attack. Just like our president has. That is why they know that no conventional bomb will take Saddam out. They would have to drop a nuclear bomb on his bonker to take it out.
