Mr. Cohen has already plead guilty in Federal Court to several charges. He was sentenced to three years in Federal Prison. He will self surrender in a few days. There is no parole in the federal system, he will accumulate good time, and could get out after completing 85% of his sentence, if he behaves himself.

I actually feel for people who go to prison, especially for non violent offences, we use incarceration to liberally in this country.

I don't want to sound like a bleeding heart, however, prisoners should not be fed expired food, or, have to wear used underware, or, be exposed to violence, neglect, and abuse. I don't think those things are part of the sentence.

I really think it says a lot that the "Best" (And only) "Witness" against Trump Congress has got talking to it... is a lawyer already sentenced to prison for lying to congress. Nothing he could possibly say would ever be trustworthy, because this is a convicted felon and professional liar.

I have no idea if he did it or not. There are far too many cases of abuse, and there are far too many cases of false accusations. We'll have to see.

He was found not guilty by a jury of his peers, so, I would give him the benefit of the doubt.

Nope, don't believe it. It is all about money, frankly. He plainly stated that the reason he hung around children was that he wanted to share a childhood that he didn't have growing up with his abusive, controlling father who made him spend most of it recording in the studio.

In recent news, I've heard that a former doctor said that he was 'chemically castrated' as a child by his parents. Interesting if that is true. This makes more sense why he didn't have biological children...

On a serious note, we all have our problems, and it may be clear he had a little more at least in being "different' than most for whatever reason..upbringing in the limelight and such, but no, I don't think he was guilty.

In case I missed it, what evidence do we have to prove otherwise?

Its been all over the news for the last few days. GMA and Oprah interviewed the two men now, that as small children they denied he did anything to them. But that was when they were like 6 7 8 9?? Now they are saying that they lied because M had told them that people wouldn't understand, and a whole lot of other stuff. That's what predators do. I believe it, that he did it. There have been too many accusers. As to the chemical castration. The descriptions the now men gave it wouldn't have mattered if he was castrated. The talk brought up what were the parents thinking when the boys were able to stay over night and sleep with a grown man?
