Is it Ok to pray for future sins?

Can we repent for future sins? I mean it might sound outrageous to you but I am quite serious. Unfortunately I know I am going to sin again, no matter how hard I try. I can try to sin less, would be more realistic.
"Dear Lord I apologise for all the sins I committed and the ones I might commit in the future. With your help I will be less sinful and more like you."

No need. There is no tomorrow. If you don't believe me, say you are going to do something tomorrow, and when you think that time comes...ask yourself......Is this tomorrow? The answer will always be no. Today is the day of salvation....And the only time you should worry about.......now.

"and with your help I will not sin again" is part of the Confessional I learnt as a childhood Catholic.
But sounds unrealistic don't you think?
"and with your help, I will sin less" would be more realistic I think.

But can you honestly say you wont sin in the future? You can try to be sinless but is it realistic? Therefore I see a need to pray for help to minimise the sinning.

Certainly you can stop that sad cycle by praying the Rosary. Without doing so, you could be wasting time.
Also, please follow the 3 conditions as taught by Saint Liguori.

yes.
But I wouldn't say it is saying, Lord forgive me for the adultery I plan on committing tonight. More like, asking for forgiveness and mercy for your sin nature and weakness and so forth. and asking for strength to help overcome any trials. etc.
It is not saying lord I repent of what I am going to do. But living in constant awareness, and constant knowledge of who and what you are.
