With millions of people being deprived of the love of God and the saving knowledge of Christ day in and day out, is it okay for the churches to advertise to reach the unreached with the whole purpose of saving the souls and letting them know that God loves them and that there is forgiveness of years' of sins in the blood of Jesus?

Of course it's okay!
The printed word is the same as the spoken word.
If it's okay to say it, then it's okay to print it!
Advertisement or tract... bulletin or hymnbook.
Get the word out by any and all means possible!

Let your light advertise God

Matt 5:16 Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.

And let the people see your charity that they may glorify God in heaven.

Matt 25:34 Then shall the King say unto them on his right hand, Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world:

35 For I was an hungred, and ye gave me meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink: I was a stranger, and ye took me in:

36 Naked, and ye clothed me: I was sick, and ye visited me: I was in prison, and ye came unto me.

Where do you get the idea that it is not ok from?

I don't see why advertising as a method to reach the unreached would be a conflict. "unreached" is a term used for the unreached people groups of the world and is typically defined as people groups without any indigenous churches or not enough Christians to evangelise these people (like 5% Christian). I'm not sure if this is what you mean by "unreached" (or if your using it as a synonym for the lost) but if do typically the countries that have unreached people groups have restricted the gospel and won't allow advertising to promote the gospel. Often creative or unconventional methods to spread the gospel are needed so that these people can hear the gospel in ways that advertising could never do.

Yes, i meant lost by "unreached". I agree with you. Churches need to come up with creative and unconventional ways to spread the gospel. It can be as simple as, "Looking for real freedom? Contact us. ........................ (the church name and contact #) and run a google or facebook ad.... This kind of ads are actually promoting God through churches (without the church being labeled as a brand or something like that) and help a lots of lost people out there. :)
